How do I make my store available ONLY after I approve customer

I have a somewhat unusual need. I have 2 installs of WP Easy Cart. One is on the main website for retail clients who order in smaller quantities and another for wholesale clients who order bulk quantities. I have the link to the other account setup login page on the first site. But I want wholesale customers to only have access to the wholesale store AFTER I APPROVE THEM after they sign up. The retail store page will be a normal WP EC store.

How do I do that?
