Add customer reviews to an item

Hello,
We recently received an email from a customer that we would like to add as a review on the product he purchased. I have looked around the dashboard and haven't been able to find anything other than comments from other users. Is this something that can be done, or are we unable to add reviews on behalf of a customer?

Hello:

You can easily enable 5 star reviews on each product by editing a product and going to basic settings. Here you can enable customer review.

Once customers add reviews, they go into an on hold status in the easycart -> products -> reviews section. once you approve them as a store owner, will they appear on your site.

Correct, we have that enabled. What we are hoping to do is place a review we received via email onto the page. Is this possible or does a customer have to submit the review themselves?

You would need to manually enter it yourself and then approve it... just copy and paste the review into your product review, or send the user there to fill it out.
