how to switch off all Google Analytics

Hello,
we have a very small online shop and have to follow the GDPR guidelines. By checking my website for cookies and trackers I recognized, that wpeasycart sets Google Analytics by opening a product page. Because I don't use Google at all, I want to disable that. There is no code for it set in > setting > third party ...
So how to get rid of Google Analytics at all in wpeasycart?

I found a solution to this problem. The free plugin WP DoNotTrack

disables all that stuff from WP easycart and other plugins.
