Hi, I've just set up EasyCart, and everything seems to be working, apart form one crucial thing. When I make a sale, the customer gets two identical confirmation emails, and as the seller I don't get anything at all, so I have no way of knowing if anyone has placed an order.
I've done tests of the order receipt and account tests in settings and both come through fine (though I get two of these as well). But still I don't get order notifications.
Any ideas? thanks for your help!
