My client prefers phone calls for questions, so I will need to remove the comments form on each product page. I am not finding a default setting for that in the setup section. Where is the global setting for this?

So the preferred method here is to use a wordpress plugin... search for 'Disable Comments' as these comments on our product pages are not part of easycart, they are a function of wordpress and the posts that it created... Some themes have a way to disable comments on posts easily, or other plugins are certainly able to do this site wide.
