changing the text in the ORDER NOTES: section on Checkout

We would like to edit the following text on the ORDER NOTES section of the checkout page:

"If you have any special requests for your order please enter them here."

I am not sure if this is possible, if it is, can you please direct me to the instructions on how to make the edits.

In theory you can visit Settings -> Language Editor and then wade through all the various drop downs until you find that text. Once you find the text, delete it, then press Save Changes. I was able to remove the text that sits above the Submit Order button on the last page of the checkout. I have no idea if this will wreck the system or not, but it works for me.
