  • Cart Only Showing One Product

    We are running a very simple charity shopping cart to sell stickers and decals. So there are only 2 products in our shop.

    When the first product is added it goes to the cart just fine. But, when the second product is added after the first it overrides the first product and only shows the second. It doesn't matter what order they are added to the cart, it will always show the most recent product.

    Has anyone seen an issue like this? Any ideas on how to resolve?

    Don't know if you've fixed this, but under Products do you have any inventory restrictions (Quantity Options) set? Any Pricing Options (like B2B) set? Under Basic Settings do you have
    Show on Main Store Page checked?

    Takes a while to get used to all the options.

      Those are all good suggestions above.... but adding a product to the cart and then going back and adding another and it's empty or adds the new one, it sounds like caching is causing some kind of issue...

      Try going to your settings -> checkout panel. We have an option here to turn on that 'Load Cart using Scripts' and it loads the system entirely different way so that caching programs don't cause issues....

        Did changing Load Cart using Scripts fix the issue for you?
