I have been trying to set-up a shipping system for my store but I have run into a problem that I don't know how to work around without spending hours trying to figure out how to set some flat rates that are not going to scare away customers or short me in shipping fees.
I have a Venture One account, which is for small business to get discounted rates. I have had one for awhile. The problem comes though that if I try the easiest feature of live shipping rates, my password for my account doesn't get properly passed through the API because it won't pass special characters. Canada Post doesn't give me the option to not have a character in my password.
I would really like to find some sort of work-around this so I don't have to try and figure out what sort of rates I can set-up manually that is fair to both my customers and myself.
