Inventory Not Tracking

I am using manual payment method, when a manual order is placed, the inventory does not reduce.
Please Help

It won't, because they are pending orders essentially. You will need to edit the order and change it to something like 'Order Confirmed' or 'Order Approved' so that it actually can take the inventory out.
