    New Install - can't modify product options beyond basic info

    My theme is OnePress from FameThemes (tried with their screenr as well), Once I create a basic product, I can't expand any additional product options below. Tried using IE11, Chrome, Edge - clear cache, no joy.

    I deleted the entire website and started from scratch. Using the latest build of WordPress 5.4.2

    Any ideas?

      This sounds like you have another plugin that may be breaking jquery and javascript... try deactivating all other plugins, then see if it works. If so, activate one at a time until you find out which one was conflicting. you can also use a web console to show errors in js and find out what plugin may be causing this.
