Cannot Modify Product options

Cannot modify product options. None of the tabs on the product page expand. I can only enter the basic information on top.

Please advise.

If you mean OPTION SETS...
Have you tried clicking on the button BEFORE the pencil edit icon? You will be sent to another page where you can add details to that specifically named product option.

Thank you for your response bonkmonster. I just did, but nothing happens when I click the button. It is the stats icon (hope I understood you correctly).

Check out here for the screenshots. Let me know if its the right one. Advanced Combo box also gives you more options besides the basic, I'd stick with that unless you're trying to track individual quantities.

I think you may have some broken jquery or javascript, which of course breaks for all plugins on our site... Try deactivating all the plugins except easycart and see if it works and then turn on one at a time...
