  • Price Trigger Shipping not working

    I am trying to setup a trigger for pricing that if the cart total is over $49.99 shipping is free, under $9.98 it should charge $4.99 but it only charges $0.
    All of the products are setup as 'shippable'

    thoughts?

    Nobody? Too busy with 400k download celebrations? We had to work around by raising prices on products.
    This is not a workable process.

      We rare check our forums... it's a free community system that lets users who do not pay for licenses chat about and try to figure things out... If you do need immediate support, we have that available for all our licensed users, just visit your account and submit and we usually get back within a few hours.

      To your point though, shipping is hard to tell again without really diving into your settings. If you have triggers with zones, then those could be the issue and should be removed. Also depends if you are going through the checkout process, sometimes shipping needs zone info if you use that and will not find shipping matches until the end.

      Also, are products checked as shippable? I know some people forget to go to the product edit -> shipping section and make products shippable.

      Also, could be a promotion running free shipping...

      Just hard for us to tell without a support ticket, accessing peoples sites and really finding the answer, otherwise we just end up guessing at what we think it is.

        We have submitted tickets in the past and been ignored. We have paid for a license. Perhaps, better customer service?

          Wow, this is incredible. If you cannot offer some basic support to answer questions about this free product that we test out before we dare purchase, how do you think people like me guage the product support and then decide to purchase the full product??? not happy at all.
