Multiple Stores

We have a customer who would like to offer our product through their website, but wants the ordering procedure to be handled through us. Is it possible to create a separate store, under a single license or multiple licenses, with a separate setup and link to a different website? I see there have been questions somewhat related to this one, but the only answers seem to indicate it will be a future feature.
