Hi,
We are setting up a new web shop and for shipping rates, we use the Weight Trigger System
Perhaps I misunderstand how this works but I like to have a higher shipping amount if the total weight (of items in cart) gets higher.
So we setup 3 triggers
For Weight 0 -> price is 50 (no zone)
For Weight 5 -> price is 75 (no zone)
For Weight 10 -> price is 100 (no zone)
But what I see when I order a product, is that when the weight is above 10, I see all 3 shipping options. I expect only the last.
I tried changing the order of the trigger lines but that did not help
I tried changing the zones but that did not help
If I select 1 product with weight below 5, I get only the first option so shipping price is 50 (that is ok)
When I selects multiple products with a total weight over 5 (but below 10) I get 2 shipping options with prices 50 and 75 (??? Why??) i only want the higher one since the weight is higher so shipping cost is higher.
And when I select multiple products with a total weight above 10, I get all 3 options. (again not what i want to see)
What are we doing wrong?
