Third Party Pending - Stuck

  • Third Party Pending - Stuck

    I'm testing my system and orders go through okay and PP is sorting out the payment.

    But a customer confirmation is not being sent and Order Status is always stuck on Third Party Pending.

    Is this expected behaviour?

    And now I adjusted it manually by selecting Confirmed, then Shipped and the stock level does not get adjusted either.

      Hi RogStamp,

      I was having the exact same problem and I was advised to go into the store and "turn off" the PayPal setting and then "turn it on" again. After doing this a couple of times, I started getting the transactions now marked as "Third Party Approved". My problem now is that mail receipts are not going out from the store which is something I am working with support on.
