I have a client who wanted me to create a store for his website, so I'm trying EasyCart to see if it will suit his needs. I set up a few sample products, but the problem is, the product links don't work -- if you click on one, you get a message: "There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress."
Reading the various FAQs and similar questions I've been able to find, I've tried going to the WordPress Settings page and refreshing the permalinks; checking the diagnostics page (all green check marks); resetting the permalinks via the diagnostics page; and rebuilding the permalinks via the diagnostics page. Nothing has worked. I keep getting the error message.
The shopping cart, shipping calculations, etc. work fine. This is the only issue now.
Is there anything else I should try? Thanks!
