    Hello,

    I'm hoping someone can help as this is driving me crazy.

    I've set up my cart recently and in the process of setting up my live shipping rates through Canada Post. I got Canada post to generate my API keys for Development and also for Production. I tried both credentials as well as my customer ID and Agreement number and I have no luck in getting my cart to test successfully. I keep getting the message "Rate test failed while connecting to Canada Post. Usually this happens when invalid credentials are entered."

    Ihave spent over an hour with Canada Post Technical Support and everything seems fine from their end. The keys are valid and online and my account is in good standing, they are insisting that it's something to do with EasyCart that's causing the Error.

    I have not been able to get my live shipping up yet because of this. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Can someone please assist? One of the main reasons I used EasyCart as a shopping cart for my website is because it's Canada Post compatible!
