Sizing Charts for clothing

would you have something like this already? or is there a polugin to lay onto this plugin that might make this work?

Just an idea, but edit the language for the 'specifications' tab, and then just insert a picture into the specs tab..... call the tab 'sizing chart' with a nice size graphic there would look good.
