New here..are there any plugins for Easy Cart to support money orders payment options ?

I do not know of anything like that... We have direct deposit system, which can really be converted to anything that requires invoicing, billing, direct deposit... It just places an order and puts it into the system, while skipping the actual payment processing. Orders are put into 'Pending' status until you the store owner take care of it.
Many customers reword this section and call it 'Purchase Order' or 'Invoice' or 'Bill Me'... lots of ways to just change the language in our language editor to your needs though.
