Think it would very nice if customers could send inquires for a product directly. Place "inquiry button" next to "add to cart"

This could easily be done in the templates, but just editing the product details template with an html button that takes users to a nice WordPress form. This would give the most flexible solution since you as a store owner could custom design the form with any number of plugins available on WordPress, rather than easycart building one fits all inquiry form.
