Add-On Item

Hello I was wondering is there any way to create an add-on item.
We have some small boards that can be added to our main product and would like to know if there is a way to control the postage when it is added to the basket.

If purchased on its own the postage can be prohibitive so want to limit it to only be available to be added to an order of a particular product where it will have minimum impact on customer cost.

Is this possible ?

Hello:

So yes, you can simply have an option set that lets users add the extra item... It really wouldn't be a separate item in the cart, but just a standard option to a product, which can increase the price as well when selected.

Our advanced options also allow you to increase the products weight, which will change live shipping charges for the product...
