Limit Characters on Advance Text Input

I would like to see a feature that you can set the max characters when entering information into the advance text input option. This would help greatly on products with personalizations. Fr example if I have a product likce a license plate that I want the customer to add custom test to, but I can only accommodate up to 15 characters or space , let me set up that option set with a box that I indicate "Limit Text" to 15 basically like the weight and add price features for option sets.

I know it's not something we offer, but one way might be to add a part of this to your label. for example: 'Enter Plate Number: (15 Character Max)'

not ideal, but we can work on it here as well...
