Feature to update price before adding to cart

When the customer chooses an item for purchase, and before adding the item(s) to the cart, there is an opportunity to change the quantity of that item with the + or - buttons. The price for that item needs to update before adding to cart, either automatically or by a clicking a button to "Update Your Price"
